Join us for Soul Line Dancing as we workout to strengthen our hearts with a one hour workout.  We will share about ways to support Heart Health with healthy recipes, workout tips, and things to look for in association with cardiovascular diseases. Please wear RED workout gear in support of this cause and bring water to keep hydrated. 

This is a FREE event however we are asking for you to provide a $5 donation to the instructor.
