Join the ladies of Sigma Pi Omega as we acknowledge Mental Health Awareness Month with a free workshop on mental wellness!

This workshop will be led by Dione Childress who holds a Master’s of Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. This workshop will raise awareness on symptoms of depression, anxiety and mental wellness for Black women. Strategies for wellness and information about mental health resources will also be provided.
